B.I.C Bank Plc. (herein referred to as “B.I.C Bank”) is a commercial bank incorporated and registered in National Bank of Cambodia. B.I.C Bank was jointly established by Asia Investment and Financial Services Co. Ltd of Lao PDR, Paradise Investment Co. Ltd of Kingdom of Cambodia and Prime Street Advisory Co. Ltd of Thailand. Asia Investment and Financial Services Co., Ltd of Lao PDR is the major shareholder who also owns the B.I.C Bank Lao Co. Ltd.
B.I.C Bank was established under the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Bank License issued by the National Bank of Cambodia (herein referred to as “NBC”).
The bank officially opened for business on 1st August 2018.

Ltd of Kingdom of Cambodia and Prime Street Advisory Co. Ltd of Thailand. BIC Bank is engaged in the full spectrum of traditional banking operations with a focus on corporate, business, private and investment banking. BIC Bank Cambodia is the sister bank of BIC Lao which was established in 2008. BIC Bank’s intermediary and correspondent banks are Kasikorn Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase. BIC Bank is currently expanding its operations throughout Cambodia with plans to expand within the region by 2021.
